How are products shipped to my customers?
You can choose between several options:
- Packing with reinforced boxes with our logo: free and automatically provided when not explicitly indicated when ordering.
- Neutral packaging with bubble wrap, courier envelope and neutral tape: 1.50 euros. You can purchase this option by adding the product to your cart: https://dropb2b.it/home/17872-imensili-neutro.html. Add a package for each product purchased (ex: if you have to buy 3 dropshipping products addressed to three different customers you will have to buy 3 neutral packages) - NB: neutral packaging is only available for products weighing less than 5 Kg.
- Packing with neutral boxes (white): for a fee , according to a personalized quote. Minimum order and 4 weeks notice required. Contact Us to request the service
- Packing with boxes provided by you: free. Contact us to request the service
- Collection with your logistics: contact us at 3713774003 and we will give you the information you need.
In the case of insured shipments (with a value exceeding 1,000 euros) we are obliged to enter the value of the goods on Transport Document (at the cost paid on Dropb2b .it), which will then be visible to the recipient.
Shipments are made exclusively in Italian territory, excluding non-customs areas or areas with special tax status.
